• Conduct our operations sustainably and with minimal adverse impact on the environment and community in which we are located;

• Respect local traditions and cultures, especially those of indigenous people and be responsible members of the society in which we operate;

• Treat people with respect and act honestly and fairly in all our dealings;

• Conduct our operations safely and strive to ensure that no harm comes to employees, contractors, volunteers, visitors and others with whom we deal;

• Use our funds wisely and strive to achieve economically sustainable operations;

• Be accountable and transparent in all our operations and dealings with others;

• Encourage those with whom we deal to adopt values and business principles comparable to our own.

• Collect, preserve, study, exhibit, and stimulate appreciation for and advance knowledge of works of art. These will collectively represent the broadest spectrum of wildlife inspired art at the highest level of quality, all in the service of the public and in accordance with the highest professional standards.

• Protect, display and promote local Grampians indigenous flora and fauna for the benefit of the general public and preservation of our natural environment.

• Increase the strong sense of community within the region with direct influence on the health and wellbeing, community identity and pride, social cohesion, reduced social isolation and enhanced self-esteem of residents involved with or visiting WAMA from local and surrounding areas.
