Join us for our Nature Play Day

A fun day out for the whole family connecting with nature through play and activities.

April Activities include:

    • Bark painting with natural pigments
    • Clay moulding and glazing 
    • Weaving with natural materials
    • Yabbying and water play
    • Campfire cooking 
    • Nature science 

    Where: WAMA Project site, corner of Neal Road and Halls Gap-Ararat Road, Halls Gap

    When: Saturday April 15, 11:00AM – 3:00PM

    Meet: Automatic gate on Neal Road

    Food: BYO picnic lunch or BBQ food to cook on our campfire

    Offering $25,000 in prize money to Australian artists whose work is inspired by nature

    Indigenous artists are encouraged to apply.

    The major prize is an Acquisitive Prize of $15,000
    Three Awards of Excellence, of $2,500 each (non-acquisitive)
    The People’s Choice Award of $2,500 (non-acquisitive)
