LOCATED ON THE EDGE OF THE GRAMPIANS

The WAMA development site is situated close to Halls Gap on the edge of the national heritage listed Grampians National Park.

With wonderful views of the Grampians, the 16ha site includes 9ha of remnant woodlands and wetlands which are future protected by a ‘Trust for Nature’ covenant.

Three zones are planned:

  1. Gallery and botanical gardens with Australian plants
  2. Wetlands with Grampians plants
  3. Woodlands with local plants

The site will be enclosed by a vermin proof fence to provide a safe haven for rare, indigenous flora and fauna species.
